Golden Gut Powder

Supercharged Food Golden Gut Powder is a whole-food blend of anti-inflammatory Turmeric, spices and Diatomaceous Earth, and has a warm, spicy flavour. Rich in iron, which helps to minimise tiredness and fatigue, and is necessary for good brain health and function, it has a pH of 8, which helps to create a healthy alkaline environment in the body.

Supercharged Food Golden Gut Powder is also rich in Silica, thanks to organic 'Love Your Gut' Diatomaceous Earth. Diatomaceous Earth is naturally occurring, soft, silica-rich sediment that easily crumbles into fine, white powder. We are born with an abundance of Silica in our bodies, which is essential to good health and constantly needs to be replenished. Silica also plays an important role in preserving the appearance of our skin and helps our bodies to excrete toxic metals such as aluminium.

Thanks to its delicious flavour, Golden Gut Powder is a versatile ingredient in the kitchen. Suggested uses include making golden lattes, porridge, 'nice' cream, adding it to smoothies and soups, or simply sprinkling it on salads, eggs or your smashed avo on toast!
