Independently laboratory tested to ensure no contamination from environmental toxins or heavy metals, it is a good source of the Omega 3 essential fatty acids, Eeicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which are not made by the body so must be consumed.
