Herbs used in this blend, including red clover, sage and lemon balm, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, help regulate hormonal balance, and reduce the severity of hot flushes. This holistic blend offers a refreshing mint flavour, with delicate hints of lemon, sage, and soft lavender.

Founded in 2006 by two Naturopathy students they have come a long way and now have a huge range of loose and bagged teas that we are proud to offer to you at Nourished Life. 

Love Tea is Certified Organic by the ACO and they seek the best ingredients possible to make stunning tea for every occasion. 

Something we particularly love is their packaging. Everything is biodegradable including the pyramid tea bags and the 'plastic' wrap they come in. The box is recyclable and printed with vegetable-based inks. What more can we ask for!
