Melrose Omega Fish Oil is pure, premium-quality oil from 100% sustainable*, wild-caught sardines and anchovies. Independently laboratory tested to ensure no contamination from environmental toxins or heavy metals, it is a good source of the Omega 3 essential fatty acids, Eeicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which are not made by the body so must be consumed.



With a light texture and appearance and a mild, natural lemon and lime flavour, it is an ideal way to support eye, heart and nervous system function in adults. Omega 3s are also important for healthy foetal development, and support brain, nerve and eye development in children up to the age of 12.

*Friend of the Sea, which is a project of the World Sustainability Organization, is an international certification program for both wild and farmed seafood. The mission of Friend of the Sea is the conservation of the marine habitat.
